Long Nines – Navy Strength Coastal Gin with Mandarin, Seaweed & Chilli

Long Nines Gin is a bold, navy‑strength Australian craft gin that delivers coastal depth, bright citrus, and clean, controlled heat. Distilled with mandarin peel, seaweed, saltbush, rosemary, angelica root, cassia bark, and a spark of chilli, this powerful spirit offers a smooth, structured profile designed for high‑impact cocktails and confident bartenders.

The coastal botanicals bring savoury depth and minerality, while mandarin peel adds a sharp, aromatic lift. Rosemary and cassia provide herbal warmth and spice, anchored by angelica’s earthy backbone. A touch of chilli introduces a precise, warming finish without overpowering the palate. Despite its strength, Long Nines remains unnervingly smooth, perfect for navy G&Ts, bold signatures, and bartender‑led creations.
