Refund policy
At New Dimension Distilling Co, we pride ourselves on quality and that includes the delivery process and the quality of the components we have chosen to package our products, please see below our limited warranty/returns policy
Damage during transit:
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt with photo's showing the damage incurred. Should we agree that your product has been damaged during transit, We will replace the product at no cost to you.
Closure failure:
Should the closure (cork/stopper) fail from normal operation within 30 days, please contact us with the bar code, batch and bottle number of your product, along with photo's of the failed closure for investigation. Should the closure be deemed faulty, we will replace you product at no cost to you.
