Ai Martini
The perfect afternoon martini
Ingredients:
- 60ml New Dimension Ai Gin
- 15ml Dry Vermouth
- Olive or Fresh lime peel
Method:
- Pour Dry Vermouth and Ai Gin into a glass
- Fill with ice and stir.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an olive or fresh lime peel.

Coastal Palm
A breezy coastal inspired delight
Ingredients:
- 60ml New Dimension Genesis Gin
- 30ml Triple Sec or Cointreau
- 15ml Blue Curacao
- Soda Water
- Fresh Pineapple
Method:
- Pour Gin, Triple Sec and Blue Curacao into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until icy cold. Strain into a cocktail glass and add a dash of soda water.
- Add fresh pineapple as a garnish
