New Dimension Distilling Co is a small family owned and operated business producing small-batch Artisan Gin. Our name is inspired by the highly successful 25-year engineering career of our founder, whose day job consisted of many dimensions. This chapter is our New Dimension.

Being innovative is a key to what we do. Our approach to every facet of our product is your experience. From the balance of botanicals and how they dance on your tongue, the label and how that appeals to your eyes, the name of each gin and how it represents the expression of flavours, right to the selection of the bottle shape and how it feels in your hand. From the outset, we want our gin to be a memorable experience for you from the moment you pick it up, and truly feel the spirit in which it was created.
